For anyone that has grown up in the Southwestern part of the United States, you have probably been to Souper Salad before. They were in my opinion, the best salad buffet place I’ve ever been to.

I discovered this tasty sandwich at an All-Natural grocery store in the small town I am living in here in New Hampshire and I am obsessed with it.
